I think we would all agree that it is sometimes the little touches that make something special. Baby shower capias are tiny corsages or pins that you can pin on your baby shower guests as they arrive. Although not everyone knows about them, they can be quite fun. I know that when I have attended a shower, I usually get some type of a momento, and capias are just that little touch that makes coming to the shower fun.
They can be made so many different ways, but usually go with the theme of the baby shower. Lace or netting backed, cold porcelain baby shapes and ribbons come together to make some of the cutest ones I’ve seen. There are bears, ducks, babies, booties, carriages, bibs, pacifiers, and then some. Each is pinned on with a corsage pin. Special capias can be made for the new mom to be or the grandmothers too.
